Xming is a totally free Windows X server that has no limits. It is completely equipped with a multitude of functions. Xming is a lightweight, fast and easy to install application. Also, it is highly portable as an X server for Pocket PC, thanks to which it is independent of Microsoft Windows.


Xming is totally secure when you use it with SSH, and optionally includes an SSH PuTTY client and a portable substitute PuTTY packet. It has been compiled in Linux for Microsoft Windows, using MinGW, and it is always kept secure and up to date with continuous updates for X11, XKB, FreeType2, Pthreads-Win32 and Freedesktop Bugzilla.
